Workflow "Spare parts management"

​This application is used for the management and ordering of spare parts. The employees work in the system like in an e-shop. You can find the spare parts according to different search criteria or after assignment to a machine (for each production hall an outline plan of the machines in the tool can be sketched). The employees can click on a machine in the hall plan and have all assigned spare parts listed. Because the AS / 400 ERP system does not allow the storage of images, the spare parts in the web application are supplemented with images and other attributes. In the system, users create internal purchase orders, which are processed as part of a purchasing workflow and then stored in the ERP system. The system also monitors a minimal stock of spare parts and automatically creates expenses for financial accounting. All issues can be also exported to MS Excel.
