Workflow for processing complaints for Müller

​As a partner of Axon Ivy, we have developed a workflow for complaint processing for the mail order company Erwin Müller. The application maps a complete handling of complaints in a web-based workflow.
The user can record all types of complaints, create a credit memo (an account in favor of the account after completing the complaint), supply spare parts, control pick-up processes up to the dispatch of replacement equipment. All the necessary data from the ERP system (AS / 400) is available to him and at the same time he can use the workflow to record data in the core system and initiate further processing in the AS / 400. At the same time, the system enables the integration of MS Office products and generates the output in the PDF.
