Document management application for DZB Bank

​The organization department wanted a user-friendly, easy-to-use and web-enabled system for document control within the bank (work instructions, forms and circular writings). Unfortunately, the search has always failed because of costs for licenses for standard products. 

UBK s.r.o. has programmed the system individually for each customer. The costs were similar to the standard software licences but the customer can provide the solution to an unlimited number of users and does not pay any maintanance fees for licences. An extension for additional clients (subsidiary) has only cost the bank a small adjustment.

The application enables versioning of the documents, freely definable check processes for work instructions and forms, archiving an full-text search via tags and attachments.
